By the looks of it, CryptoWild Casino seems to be far less serious than its crypto casino peers. The site is unusually bright with a white background and various cartoonish characters that burst with color. 

They have 1000+ games, 24/7 customer support, a VIP program, provably fair games, various promotions and they accept 6 cryptocurrencies. 

When I scrolled through the site, I couldn’t find anything particularly alarming. They are licensed under the laws of Curaçao and player reviews seem to be pretty decent. 

And, at the same time, I also couldn’t find anything exceptionally interesting. 

But, let’s not jump the gun. Maybe they’re about to knock my socks off.

Slots Angels has some really cool features though. The Party Free Spins Mode is triggered when you land 3 bottle symbols anywhere on the reels during which the center reel turns wild (with a 2x multiplier) and the biker girl comes out to cheer you on as your spins are played. 

Another cool feature is that every time you land a winning combination or jackpot on the reels, the prize is paid out and the center reel is respun for an instant chance to earn more wins. If you do land a winning combination, the center reel spins again and the multiplier increases up to 5x. 

Then there is the Biker Race Bonus Round, which I’m secretly hoping to trigger because when you land 3 lead biker symbols on the reels, you get to choose a biker that you think will win a race. If your biker wins, credits are awarded but if your biker is second or third, you, unfortunately, don’t win anything. 

There is more….. land 3 darts on the reels to trigger the DARTS CLICK ME feature that gives you the chance to choose one of 3 darts to see what prize you have won and there is also a progressive jackpot up for grabs.

Every time you win, the center reel spins again and again until there is no winning combination on the reel, and every time it spins the multiplier increases up to 5x

I didn’t land 3 darts, bottles, or main biker symbols which would have led to bonus rounds but I did manage to win 450 credits on a couple of spins, thanks to the biker with the shades and a bandana. 

Next, I gave the table games section a shot and chose Baccarat from KA Gaming. 

The betting options are really simple. You bet on the Player (1:1), Banker (1:0.95), or in a Tie (1:8) and there are two side bet options – Player/Pair (1:11) or Banker/Pair (1:11). The Pair bet is that the first two cards dealt to the players/dealer’s hand will be of the same number or the same picture type.

The table limits are a minimum of 1.00 mBTC and a maximum of 80.00 mBTC, which is quite an extreme high and low. 

I only had 1.59 mBTC in my wallet so this bet was quite a deal-breaker for me. 

Fingers crossed. 

I placed a 1 mBTC bet on the banker and the game resulted in a tie

I lost the bet which meant that I now had 0.5956 mBTC in my wallet, and…. Winners know when to stop (wink-wink). 

4. Banking Options

There is an entire section for payments, which might be old-school because this info is usually displayed in your wallet but, I like the clarity of this. 

I noticed an option that allows you to buy Bitcoins using your credit card but the link, unfortunately, didn’t work. 

I asked customer support and got this answer:

I also checked the Terms and Conditions page and there they state that the maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is the currency equivalent amount of 1,500 EUR per week or 6,000 EUR per month. If you win more than 15,000 EUR, CryptoWild reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of a maximum of 6,000 EUR until the full amount is paid out. 

This is not only contradictory information but also extremely low withdrawal restrictions compared to other crypto casinos. Bitstarz, for example, has a 10 BTC max withdrawal limit and 7Bit Casino has a max cashout of 20 BTC.

5. Customer Support

There is a (very) basic FAQ page and a rather extensive blog, an online contact form plus an email address, and a live chat option. 

I used the live chat option a number of times while exploring the CryptoWild site and it is surprisingly good, actually one of the fastest and best I’ve seen. 

CryptoWild is also active on Twitter and although they have a Facebook presence, they haven’t posted since 2021.

6. Conclusion

I would say CryptoWild is okay. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. I just got the feeling that they have all the building blocks to pass as an average crypto casino but I found nothing exceptionally interesting or different. 

Navigation is fine but the site is super basic with only a few search options and although the artwork is fun and colorful, it is a bit child-like and everything but sophisticated. 

The game selection is bigger than it used to be, which is great but still somewhat small compared to many competitors.

The banking options are decent and my deposit showed in my wallet really fast but the withdrawal restrictions are shockingly low at 6,000 EUR per month. 

Customer service is exceptional and the Welcome Bonus is good but the wagering requirements is scandalously high at x60 and I do feel that they can spruce up their VIP program because it is incredibly basic. 

Maybe we are just spoilt for choice because crypto casinos, in general, seem to be insanely innovative and forward-thinking.

I just get the feeling that CryptoWild Casino has everything it takes to be a decent crypto casino but it seems so average compared to its peers. 

And, it kind of feels unfair to say that you’ll have a better time elsewhere because there is nothing particularly wrong with CryptoWild Casino. 

But, its competitors are just so much better.
