In my playthrough, I easily triggered the hold and win bonus game directly from the base game by landing six cash spheres along the reels. The issue with this is, of course, that it is difficult to manually keep up with five paper lanterns at one time. But it does feature free bet rewards that you can claim if you manage to cash out before the lantern burns up. Another drawback of Paper Lanterns is that it lacks the social engagement found in many crash games. There is no chat feature, and you are playing the game solo. I was instantly connected to a different support agent this time, who was very friendly. We discussed the cashback rewards here, and I wanted to make sure that I fully understood that the weekly cashback bonus is tied to your VIP ranking. The agent acknowledged that this was the case. When I asked if there was any bonus that I could play live casino games, the agent responded by putting me on hold to seek out the answer. 

It took about 10 minutes for them to return to let me know, “Jakob, you can only play live games directly. Firstly, you need to make a deposit and join a live stream. A dealer knows that a player appeared online, so they quickly explain the rules and accept your bets, and after that, the live stream gameplay begins. During the game, you can see the outcomes of your bets in real-time.” 

Hmm…To be honest, I don’t feel that was an answer to my question. So I restated my question, and then they asked me for my email address. Then, they told me that they could not find an account associated with that email address. With that matter being incongruent with my question at hand, I decided to end the conversation. So, while customer support here is friendly, I would say that I didn’t find them to be the most knowledgeable in terms of what is available at the casino they work for. 

They did follow up by saying, “Nevertheless, unfortunately, all bonuses are only available in slots, Jakob.” But by then, the damage had been done. Very kind, but more training on overall knowledge would be helpful for all.

• Low-value welcome bonus: The standard welcome bonus here just isn’t worth it. Many of the KUBET today offer a welcome bonus of up to 5 BTC. So, why would any player opt-in for this package that comes in at a total of 0.04 BTC? Luckily, you can skip this welcome bonus and choose our exclusive BCK bonus instead.
• More casino promotions are needed: While it’s nice to see Wild Tornado offer daily free spins and weekly cashback, I don’t see that being enough for today’s modern Bitcoin gambler. If Wild Tornado wants to remain relevant in today’s competitive market, they’re going to have to step up their game in this department.
