Next, I wanted to use my 40 Free Spins because they are only valid for one day. It was available on Aloha King Elvis and Candy Monsta. I chose the latter.

As the name suggests it plays off in Candyland and symbols are represented by different types of Candy including a bear, a heart, a star, jelly, a candy stripe, and a fruit slice. The 5 x 3, 20 payline slot has an RTP of 94%, is medium variance, and has a maximum 1000x win. 

In terms of special features, there aren’t that many, unfortunately. Landing 3 – 5 scatters on any reel activates 10 free spins and there are also scatter prizes worth up to 100x your bet. 

What I do like is that you can retrigger unlimited rounds if you manage to land 3 – 5 pumpkins during the free spins feature and that the wild symbol becomes locked if they land on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reels and stay that way until the free spins round ends.

Next up… Lottery games. 

There were quite a lot of games that I couldn’t play because of my active bonus but Scratchy Bit was available to play so I decided to give it a go. 

It’s a very simple game that requires you to match 3 symbols to win a payout according to the paytable or 3 free-play symbols to win a free round. 

The graphics are pixelated and old-school, which is quite cool

I won a couple of times but, to be honest, it’s not the most electrifying game to play. 

The table section has all the classics and a decent amount of games but nothing out of the ordinary. The only game that seemed unique was Roll to Luck from EvoPlay. 

It’s a dice game and you need to bet over or under a certain amount. Betting ranges from 10 – 7500 uBTC, and you can choose to play with 2, 3, or 4 dice. 

Like any dice game, the payout is higher if you choose lower odds and visa versa, and because the betting range is so extensive, it can be both low and high variance.

5. Banking Options

The banking options are quite vast and allow players to deposit and withdraw in Euro, Russian Ruble, Canadian and Australian Dollars, Norway Krone, South African Rand, and of course, cryptocurrencies – Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dogecoin. 

The minimum deposit requirement is 0.0002 BTC (or equivalent) for crypto and €10 (or equivalent) for FIAT. There is no maximum deposit restriction for crypto and for FIAT it is €4000. 

As for withdrawals, the minimums are 0.001 BTC, and €20, and the maximum withdrawal limits are 10 BTC, and €4000. 

What I do find interesting is that BetChain is quite strict about KYC and requires all players to upload an ID document as well as a proof of address that is not older than 90 days. They also state that payments should take no longer than 24 hours but it can take up to 3 days before withdrawals are made to a credit card. 

I find this a bit uptight compared to other casinos that usually pay out instantly, and often without KYC docs, especially when it is a crypto withdrawal.

I also spotted something else in the T’s and C’s that I found quite alarming. The maximum withdrawal allowed is 0.1 BTC / €1500 per week and 0.4 BTC / €6000 per month. And, if you win more than €15000, BetChain has the right to pay out in monthly installments of €6000 until the full amount has been settled. 

This is shockingly low. Even at conventional FIAT casinos, withdrawal limits are usually around €15000 per month and at crypto casinos, like Stake.com for example,  there are often no restrictions at all. 

6. Conclusion

If it is convenience you are looking for, BetChain Casino is right up your alley. They offer a great selection of games including table games, lottery, live casino, and provably fair games. 

The bonuses are plentiful and although the wagering requirements are quite high, it does get better the higher your VIP status is. It actually goes down to x20 with the VIP Sunday Bonus and 5x for the VIP Monday Cashback Bonus, which is actually impressively low. 

The banking options are endless and you can deposit and withdraw in numerous crypto and FIAT currencies, and the minimum deposit and withdrawal requirements are really decent. 

I do however believe that the maximum withdrawal limits are way too low and that the strict KYC policy might be a bit too much. 

I kind of get the feeling that they are not aiming to attract the big whales but rather casual players, which might not be a bad thing because they essentially deliver on what these players require. 

Do I recommend BetChain Casino?
